GET INVOLVED

There are so many ways you can help Lanark County Community Justice:

Volunteer

Volunteers are the heart and soul of our work. We have a number of different types of volunteer opportunities available throughout the year:
  • Community Justice Facilitator
  • Events Team
  • Fundraising Team
  • Office Admin Volunteer
  • Volunteer Board of Director Member
  • Communications, Marketing and Social Media Volunteer
All volunteers must complete:
  • Vulnerable Sector Police Background Check
  • Online Volunteer Application Form
  • In Person or On-Line Interview
  • Reference Check
Once the application process is successfully completed, all volunteers must complete mandatory training before volunteer placement can begin. The extent of the training will vary based on the position. Our volunteers have many opportunities for ongoing training and skill development.

Your donation stays right here in Lanark County and is used with exceptional care and responsibility. Tax receipts are provided for all donations above $20.

You can help us achieve our vision of a restorative community where everyone is treated with dignity, everyone is safe, and we have less crime, violence, abuse, homelessness and other problems.
