Take the guesswork out of parenting pre-teens and teens…
Group Teen Parenting Sessions (online) 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
THURSDAYS: May 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd

Parenting can feel like a challenge these days, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. There’s a lot our teens need to know to become successful adults. Join us for an online parenting group to help you:
  • Build a stronger relationship
  • Negotiate boundaries and expectations
  • Deal calmly with conflict
  • Survive the emotional rollercoaster
  • Prepare for risky situations
  • Equip them to handle life’s problems
Learn how to use restorative practices and communicate effectively with the teenager in your life.

If you are not sure if this course is for you, call Samantha Snyder at 1-613-264-1558 to discuss.
This course is open to parents, caregivers, grandparents of teenagers.

Priority for registration will be given to residents of Lanark County and the Town of Smiths Falls
