Strategic Plan 2021 - 2023

Strategic Plan 2021-2023
Goals and Objectives 

​Goal #1    Increase access to restorative justice forums for the benefit of all citizens of Lanark County and the Town of Smiths Falls.

Goal # 2   Promote the use of restorative practices and approaches.

Goal # 3   Ensure sound financial management policies and practices.

Goal # 4   Maintain and increase current funding sources to meet financial requirements.

Goal # 5   Continue to search and identify sustainable long term funding to meet identified program needs.

Goal # 6   Strengthen staff and volunteer resources.
